Orders & Personalisation
Q: “How do I personalise my order?”

On the product page, enter the name, wording, age, date, or other details requested in the personalisation box before adding your item to cart.

Q: “Can I request a custom design?”

Yes. If you are looking for something specific, please contact us with your ideas, event date, and any inspiration images, and we’ll let you know if we can create it for you.

Q: “Can I see a proof before my order is made?”

Proofs are available on selected custom orders. If you would like a proof before production, please mention this when ordering or contact us before placing your order.

Q: “Would assistance be available to upload the template if needed?”

Yes, we will assist you to install the template if needed

Q: “Can I change my order after placing it?”

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before production begins.

Q: “What happens if I enter the wrong personalisation details?”

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and wording before placing your order. We make items based on the information submitted, so we may not be able to replace or refund personalised items due to customer errors.

Production & Delivery
Q: “How long does it take to make my order?”

All of our items are made to order. Production times may vary depending on the product and the time of year.

Q: “How long does delivery take?”

Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.

Q: “Do you offer UK delivery?”

Yes, we offer UK delivery.

Q: “Do you offer international shipping?”

Yes, international shipping is available on selected orders. Delivery times will vary depending on destination.

Q: “Can I order for a specific event date?”

Yes, but please order as early as possible. If your event is coming up soon, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your date can be met.

Products
Q: “What are your cake toppers made from?”

Your toppers are made from the material listed on each product page. If you have any questions about finishes, colours, or sizing, please get in touch before ordering.

Q: “Are your items reusable?”

Many of our cake toppers can be kept as a keepsake and reused if handled carefully. Please store them safely after use.

Q: “Are your products food safe?”

Cake toppers are designed for decorative use. We recommend placing the topper carefully and ensuring only the intended part comes into contact with the cake.

Q: “Will my topper look exactly like the photos?”

We do our best to ensure product photos represent the finished item as accurately as possible. As each piece is personalised and made to order, slight variations may occur.

Returns & Refunds
Q: “Can I return a personalised item?”

Because personalised items are made to order, we do not usually accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Q: “What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?”

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.

Q: “Can I cancel my order?”

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once work has begun on a personalised item, cancellation may not be possible.
